Frequently asked questions
With Onlia you can easily get an insurance quote online. Just answer some questions and you'll get a price right away.
Some situations will require you to speak to an Onlia insurance broker team member, but otherwise you can get an insurance quote and policy anytime online.
If you have an Onlia account, and looking to add a product, ensure you are signed in or give us a ring at 1 844-472-7905.
New customers can bundle their policies by purchasing them at the same time. You'll automatically receive the discount. For existing customers looking to add a policy and receive the discount, contact your broker or give us a call at 1 844-472-7905.

My Account
- I can't remember my log in details for My Account.
When logging in, simply click "Forgot your password?" and we'll get you back in in no time!
- How do I change my password?
In your account, go to Account settings. Under Password, follow the on screen directions.
- How do I change the email address associated with my Onlia account?
In your account, go to Change Requests and select Personal. Then select Change Email Address. Follow the directions on screen from there.
- I can't sign in to my account. What gives?
If you're unable to log in, you can click "Forgot your password?" and reset your password and follow the directions in the email you receive - this should do the trick.

- How do you keep my information private?
Any information you provide to us is encrypted and stored on a secure server. We take your privacy seriously, and we won’t sell or disclose it with anyone.

- I had to set up a new account, and my email address is not being accepted.
If you're setting up a new account with Onlia, you'll need to use an email address that's different from the one used with a previous Onlia account.
- How do I access My Account?
You can sign in to your account through a desktop computer, a tablet, or your phone. To sign in to your account, click Sign In at the top right of your screen and enter the email address and password that you signed up with.
- I need help unblocking my account.
Contact us at support@onlia.ca and we'll sort you out.
- How do I delete my account?
If you really don’t want to store your personal information with us, you can contact Customer Support to delete your account.
